Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed through VinylCreatives. You'll be asked to review and confirm these terms again, with a required checkbox, before checkout.

1. Made-to-Order Production

Every VinylCreatives order is individually manufactured from the exact audio and artwork files you submit. Production is fully automated — no human reviews, edits, or modifies your files at any point before or during manufacturing. What you upload is what gets pressed onto your record and printed on your jacket. The exception is if you have purchased our Design Quality Enhancement add-on, in which case our team will professionally review and enhance your artwork before production begins.

Standard production takes about 3 weeks, since every order is individually made after checkout. Priority Processing, if purchased, moves your order to the front of the queue and expedites production to approximately 5–7 business days.

2. File Accuracy Is Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying that all uploaded audio tracks, cover artwork, record label images, and any other content are correct, complete, and exactly as intended before placing your order. Unless you have purchased our Design Quality Enhancement add-on, we cannot edit, replace, or modify any file you have submitted. If you did add the Design Quality Enhancement service, our team will professionally review and enhance your artwork — however, you remain solely responsible for ensuring all audio tracks and non-artwork content are correct before ordering. Please double-check every detail — track order, artwork orientation, spelling, and image selection — before proceeding to checkout.

3. Image Quality

Print quality — including sharpness, color accuracy, and detail — is determined entirely by the resolution and quality of the artwork files you upload. We reproduce your images exactly as submitted. Low-resolution, compressed, or small-dimension images will produce visibly lower-quality printed output. We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at the final print dimensions. VinylCreatives is not responsible for print quality issues caused by insufficient image resolution or compression in the files you provide, unless you have purchased our Design Quality Enhancement add-on, in which case we will optimize your artwork resolution and professionally prepare your files before printing.

4. Audio Quality

The audio fidelity on your finished vinyl record directly reflects the quality of the audio file you upload. Low-bitrate, heavily compressed, or low-quality source audio will affect the sound of your record. Your audio is prepared for vinyl playback with standard, automated vinyl-ready processing as part of every order. Unless you have purchased our Vinyl Mastering add-on, no audio engineer manually masters, enhances, or repairs your audio. If you did add the Vinyl Mastering service, our audio engineers will professionally master your audio specifically for the vinyl format — optimizing levels, dynamics, and EQ to achieve the best possible playback on a record player. VinylCreatives is not responsible for audio quality issues caused by the source files you provide if you have not purchased the mastering service.

5. All Sales Are Final

Because every order is custom-manufactured to your specific design and cannot be resold or reused, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds based on customer preference, change of mind, dissatisfaction with a creative decision made at the time of ordering, or output quality that corresponds to the files you provided.

6. No Cancellations After Order Placement

Production begins on your order after checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or stopped once production has started. If you believe you made an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@vinylcreatives.com or call/text 1 (804) 313-9020 as soon as possible — while we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will honor a cancellation request made before production has begun.

7. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

We will replace or refund your order only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect (for example, a pressing error not caused by your audio file, or a print error not caused by your artwork) or confirmed transit damage. To submit a claim, contact us at support@vinylcreatives.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage, or submit a return request with photo/video evidence through our Request a Return page — either path generates a tracked reference number for your claim. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Content Ownership & Rights

By submitting audio files and artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to reproduce all content in the form of a physical product. You are solely responsible for ensuring your order does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. VinylCreatives accepts no liability for orders produced from content you did not have the right to use.

9. Import Duties & Local Taxes

VinylCreatives does not charge import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. Your checkout total covers your custom product and selected shipping only. For international deliveries, your local carrier or customs authority may request additional payment on arrival — for example import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These are determined by your country's laws, are your responsibility as the recipient, and are not collected by us in advance. VinylCreatives is not liable for import-related charges and cannot refund or reimburse amounts paid to your carrier or government.

10. Agreement

By checking the agreement box and clicking "I Agree & Continue to Checkout," you confirm that you have read and understood these Custom Order Terms, that the order details shown to you at that time (including your tracklist, artwork, and selected add-ons) are correct, and that you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
